Active in the Environmental field for more than forty-five years, Mr. Sanborn has held positions at several Santa Clara Valley companies ranging from Regulatory Engineer to Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Manager. His consulting experience covers permitting in many areas, waste water treatment plant installation, site closures, environmental and safety training, environmental audits, site remediation projects, and environmental, safety
and health site assessments.
Mr. Sanborn is a founder and past President of Santa Clara Regional Industrial Preparedness Teams (SCRIPT), President of the Board of Safety Training Alliance Resource, Inc. (STAR). He also serves as Immediate Past-President of the Board of Directors for the Pacific Industrial and
Business Association (PIBA).
Bill is a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (R.E.P.A. #100463)
in the National Registry of Environmental Professionals and was California Registered Environmental Assessor I - # 02690 since 1996. He is active
on the Board of Directors of the Peninsula Builders Exchange (PBX)
Mr. Sanborn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, and formed C.H.A.S.E.
in mid-1985 following six years in Semiconductor Device Manufacturing,
five years in Food Chemical Research and Development, and five years
in Pilot Scale Chemical R&D. His work history includes providing environmental services to Community College Districts, industrial project support to Facilities Customers during major Site renovations and closures, addressing Hazardous Materials Permit Issues with both environmental and health and safety regulatory affairs issues, and assisting construction firms with safety program development and employee training (IIPP, Haz-Com, Safety Awareness, Cal/OSHA-10, Forklift).

Mr. Gingrass has over thirty-five years of experience in the environmental and facilities management fields, working for major industrial companies
in management and executive capacities; with large waste disposal companies, and as an independent private consultant. A Registered Environmental Assessor-1 in California (#00020), and a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA#685158); Mr. Gingrass has extensive experience in project management, applied water chemistry, industrial and hazardous waste management, environmental site assessments, employee training, and operations and maintenance management. His experience in operations management, hazardous materials and waste management includes such clients as; Advanced
Micro Devices, National Semiconductor, Applied Materials, Kawasaki
Wafer Technology, Australian National Industries, several community colleges and major law firms as an expert witness.
During his career, Mr. Gingrass has managed three SuperFund projects, conducted several hundred environmental site assessments, and prepared permit packages ranging from local wastewater discharge to registration of
a new chemical under TSCA. Mr. Gingrass has been project manager for numerous underground tank removals, installation of waste water and air emission control equipment, conducted subsurface investigations and reviewed environmental impairment insurance cases for major law firms.
Mr. Gingrass holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from San Jose State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from
the University of San Francisco.
